Tirupati Timber & Packaging Limited'- ('Operational Creditor') moved an Application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("I&B Code", for short) against 'M/s. Duncans Industries Limited'- ('Corporate Debtor').
