Diarisationwill include filling up all the Meta-data fields related to the correspondence. There may be mandatory fields or non-mandatory fields. However, it should be ensured that maximum fields are filled so that the said correspondence can be located easily at a later date if required. Unique Diary Number so generated should be recorded on the hard copy. 4.4.
