....Maintainability of application - initiation of CIRP - Period of limitation - when part payment is made before the expiration of the prescribed period of limitation by the person liable to pay the debt, a fresh period of limitation shall be computed from the time when the payment was made - In the instant case, the Operational Creditor claims that it has received last payment in lieu of debt from the Corporate Debtor on 30th May 2015.
