....e firm M/s. Avon Appliances Pvt. Ltd., had obtained EPCG Authorization No.03300069l 1 Dated 21.10.2014 along with Invalidation letter dated 21.10.2014 in favour of indigenous supplier M/s. Electrotherm (India) Ltd.. Ahmadabad. The firm has procured the Capital Goods from the indigenous supplier, but firm's contention is that the capital goods were returned as they were found defective. The supplier took back the Capital goods and also refunded the Cost of the same. There after the firm requested the indigenous supplier to return the EPCG Authorization and Original Supplier's copy of Invalidation letter, but it seems that M/s. Electrotherm (India) Ltd., Ahmadabad have lost/misplaced the same. Now the firm has approached this....
