No. 924/2016. The Special Leave Petition filed against the said judgment was disposed by the Supreme Court on 29-4-2019. However, this petition is confined to the accumulated stock of Shark Fins. This Court allowed their utilization for permitted domestic use or otherwise the stock is to be destroyed.
