It is the contention of the Representative for the Applicants that they are appointed by the General Body as Directors and they are wholly entitled to be part of the CoC, in order to assist the Resolution Professional and the Creditors with regard to the business details and the assets of the Corporate Debtor by disclosing the receivables and providing the books of account. 7.
