....r the assessee has applied for recall of the order dated 11.12.2013 contending that the matter relates to entry tax, whereas the order has been passed by treating it to be in respect of tax liability under the U.P. Value Added Tax Act, 2008. In view of the above, the order dated 11.12.2013 is recalled. Correction Application No.373172 of 2013 is allowed. Heard counsel for the parties afresh.....
