Learned standing counsel for the Revenue pointed out that even though the assessee was carrying on business in export of goods and the major part of the sale was on the export side, the claim for relief under section 35B was in respect of items of expenditure which fell under sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of section 35B(1).
