....r. He further mentioned that the onus is on the assessee to substantiate its claim by furnishing the requisite details as required by the Assessing Officer. On failure of discharging such onus, the action taken by the Assessing Officer in rejecting the books of account of the assessee u/s 145(2) and resorting to ad-hoc disallowance cannot be found fault with. 14.
