The recipient-society by letter dated 24.03.2014, clarified that they do not have any account in Axis Bank. The Axis Bank account was opened with the help of some miscreants, including the bank officials. Therefore, the Assessing Officer might not have given the copy of the letter dated 24.03.2014 to the assessee.
