Mukundan, which was later confirmed by this Authority vide Order dated 01.10.2018. 8. The Resolution Professional has taken over the records from IRP including the two "EoIs" received by her in respect of the Corporate Debtor and took charge of the management w.e.f. 04.10.2018.
