From the circumstances appearing on the face of the record that thereafter on March 10, 1978, the first step in regard to the activity is found to have been taken by participation in the bid. The other circumstances of finding cash credit entries to the tune of Rs. 1,90,000 attributable to two persons named P. P. Raju and P. K.
