In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Institutional Investors) Regulations, 1995, (i) in regulation 8, for the words "five years", the words "three years" shall be substituted; (ii) In regulation 15,- (a) in sub-regulation (1), after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(f) security receipts."
