Therefore, it has been decided to introduce facility of Transshipment of Export Cargo at Air Cargo Complex (ACC), Pune subject to the condition that export cargo tendered at Air Cargo Complex, Pune International Airport, Lohegaon, Pune for export from another Customs Airport it may be done in the following manner: - i) Shipping Bill should be filed at the originating Customs station (ACC, Pune) and "Let Export Order" should be given by the Customs at the same station. Transshipment Permit (T P) should be prepared by the airlines/carrier and approved by the proper officer of the ACC, Pune. Transshipment Permit (T P) should be sent along with the cargo. Transshipment bond should he debited for the value o/ cargo: ii) On arrival at the gateway airport, the cargo should be taken to the warehouse of the domestic airlines/cus10dian in a clearly identified area. The following types of transshipment are covered in this Public Notice :- a) Transshipment by Air, where cargo moved from the Air Cargo Complex by Domestic Carriers to Gateway Airport; and from Gateway Port the cargo is transported by International Carriers (by Air) b) Transshipment from Air Cargo Complex by road to Gateway Airport (by Road) 6. The system flow of the ICES 1.5 application and other guidelines are specified in detailed to the Annexure of this Public Notice. 7. For Export transshipment purpose, it is required to submit a separate continuous bond and/ or BG by the Carrier/ Custodian and get it registered in ICES as Transshipment (T P) Bond. The bond amount would be equivalent to total export incentive.
