These Regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2015. 2. They shall come into force on the 1st day of December, 2015. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009,- (i) in regulation 58, in sub-regulation (1), the words, symbols and numbers "of the memorandum prescribed under sub-section (3) of section 56 of the Companies Act, 1956 and additional disclosures" shall be omitted.
