Vide the said Notification, Government has revised the Export policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) in Chapter 26 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2018. 2. Export of Beach Sand Minerals have been brought under State Trading Enterprises and shall be canalized through Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL). 3.
