Export of Beach Sand Minerals have been brought under State Trading Enterprises and shall be canalized through Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL). 3. The Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) published Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) towards export policy of Beach Sand Minerals in terms of Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018, and the same is available in their website www.irel.co.in .
