....and was with common management and common control. The facts set out by the Tribunal in its order show that the assessee, Vijaya Productions (P.) Limited, was a partner in a firm, owning an extensive property, wherein a studio was being run under the name Vauhini Studios, till that partnership was dissolved in the year 1974, when it became the owner of the property. Under the terms of the dissolution, the property was allotted to the assessee. The partnership firm had in the year 1972 constructed a hospital building on a portion of the land, belonging to Vauhini Studios.
