The Application must be submitted so as to reach this office between 15.10.2018 to 16.11.2018 for which written exam is scheduled to be held on 18.01.2019. 2. The Regulation 5 of the CBLR, 2018 prescribes the conditions to be fulfilled by applicants & are extracted as under for information of the applicants:- The applicant for a licence to act as a Customs Broker in a Customs Station, shall prove to the satisfaction of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, that :-:- (a) he is a citizen of India; (b) he is a person of sound mind; (c) he is not adjudicated as insolvent; .of (d) he has neither been convicted by a competent court for an offence nor any criminal proceeding is pending against him in any court of law; and ar (c) (1) (i) be a graduate from a recognized University, and (ii) (g) (h) an individual applicant or in case the applicant is a firm or a company, its partner or director or an authorized employee who may handle the Customs work shall: possess a professional degree such as Masters or equivalent degree in....
