Vide order dated 10.4.2015, Annexure A.3, the Tribunal partly allowed the appeal upholding the order of the Assessing officer with regard to deduction under Section 80P(2)(d) of the Act reducing the deduction by applying the provisions of section 14A of the Act disallowing expenses claimed by the assessee.
