It appears from the foregoing paras that in Rajasthan end, K.Duraimurugan was the key person in procuring the contraband Logs of Red Sanders Wood from South India, storing the same at some place near Jaipur, Rajasthan, supervising the loading of the same in the impugned vehicle with the help of his other associates at Jaipur, arranging and loading of the concealing material in the said vehicle to cover up the illegal transportation of the Red Sanders Wood. It thus appears that he deliberately avoided the investigation which further proves his mens rea. The Logs of Red Sanders Wood were transported from South India to Rajasthan and then were being transported to Moreh, Imphal, Manipur with intention to smuggle out the same to Myanmar, for their ultimate destination to the South East Asian Countries.
