When the matter was called for hearing, the Ld.AR for the assessee submitted that the Revenue has imposed late filing fees under s.234E of the Act amounting to Rs. 17,000/- for belated filing of Quarter - 4 return in prescribed form No.26Q for the FY 2013-14 relevant to AY 2014-15. 4.
