The counsel of the petitioner enquired the status of the order and was informed that the order has already been pronounced on 26.05.2017. it is submitted that on the request of the counsel the tribunal staff helped the counsel in getting a copy of the order. With the help of tribunal staff, the Petitioners' counsel get a copy of the order 10th August, 2017. Immediately thereafter in compliance of the direction of the Tribunal petitioner companies have obtained requisite certificates dated 16th August, 2017 in respect of petitioner transferor companies No. 1 and 2 and certificate dated 18th August, 2017 in respect of petitioner transfer....
