....ormed the Court that the investigation into the matter made so far has confirmed forgery having been taken place at least in respect of 14 import consignments. She has further informed the Court that the investigation is at a crucial stage and release of the applicant on bail at this juncture would enable him to tamper with the evidences and/or influence the persons involved in the case.
