....Tri. -Del.). 9. Following the above judgments, we find that on merits the issue stands covered in favour of Revenue. 10. The learned counsel has argued on the ground of limitation also. The show-cause notice has been issued invoking extended period of limitation. In the show-cause notice, there are no specific allegations as to the fact of wilfull suppression on the part of the appellant. On bare perusal of the show-cause notice as well as the records placed before us, we are able to say that except for a vague statement that the appellant has willfully evaded payment of service tax by availing the benefit of notification, there is no evidence to establish that the appellant has intentionally evaded payment of service tax.
