The principles laid down by the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in Abhishek Industries Ltd.(supra) are not applicable to the facts of the present case before us where the investment is made for the purchase of plot of land for setting up manufacturing unit and hence tests of commercial expediency satisfied.
