As far as bill of entry No. 3480776 is concerned, the amount of duty calculated by the petitioner is Rs. 8,76,579/-. The amount of bank guarantee to be furnished by the petitioner is not in dispute. The amount of duty payable for bill of entry No. 3552261 is Rs. 1,049,241/-. There is slight difference in the amount of bank guarantee to be furnished which is Rs. 7,54,199/-.
