As far as bill of entry No. 3480776 is concerned, the amount of duty calculated by the petitioner is Rs. 8,76,579/-. The amount of bank guarantee to be furnished by the petitioner is not in dispute. The amount of duty payable for bill of entry No. 3552261 is Rs. 1,049,241/-. There is slight difference in the amount of bank guarantee to be furnished which is Rs. 7,54,199/-. There is no dispute about the duty payable pertaining to bills of entry Nos. 3476994 dated 04.12.2015 and No.3749275 dated 29.12.2015.
