The revised flow, in respect of all ICES Shipping Bills would now be as follows: 1) A query can be raised on a document either by the EO/Inspector or by the Appraiser/Superintendent. The EO/Inspector's query may be rejected or approved by the Appraiser/Superintendent. If approved it would then be sent to AC/DC for final approval.
