....at the present PTFC has no representation from the key agencies operating at JNCH, such as the Port Trust, Concor, Banks, PHO, ADC, PQO etc. In order to make the present PTFC in tune with the Kelkar Committee recommendations as a multi agency frame work to deal with the day to day problems associated with the clearance of export and import goods a proposal to reconstitute the same was initiated in the PTFC meetings held on 11.02.2010 and 11.03.2010. (7) Individuals (not being PTFC members) will not be invited as a matter of practice; however, any such individual having problem/issue involving wider ramification/implication may also be invited. 3.
