The applicant s should ensure their eligibility before applying for such licence and in the absence of the same their applications will be summarily rejected. 3. The applicant who qualify for grant of licence under Regulation 9 (1) of CHALR, 2004 shall be required to submit the following before licence is actually granted. i) a bond in Form-D and a surety bond in Form E for due observance of these regulations. ii) A bank guarantee, postal security of National Savings Certificate in favour of Commissioner of Customs for an amount of Rs. 75,000/- for carrying out of business as a Customs House Agent. iii) CHA Licence fee of Rs. 5,000/- paid in TR-6 Challan. 6.
