....to the extent indicated in this affidavit, the respondent No.3 does not doubt the bona fides of the Service Tax Commissionerate and the attempts made till date. He has, therefore, been instructed to make a statement that without prejudice to its rights and contentions, particularly of claiming priority of its dues over and above that of the Commissionerate, the third respondent has no objection to the sale being confirmed in favour of the highest bidder. 8.
