....Aircraft) Amendment Regulations, 2016.      (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the e-gazette of India. 2. In the Export manifest (Aircraft) regulations, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations), in regulation 5,- (a) for sub- regulation (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) (a) The pre check-in passenger manifest shall be delivered twelve hours before the departure of the flight.
