....the dumped imports; (iii)       the goods are likely to be exported at dumped prices in the event of cessation of anti- dumping duty and dumping is likely to continue or recur; and (iv)       there is a strong likelihood of recurrence of injury to the domestic industry in the event of cessation of anti-dumping duty because of continued dumped imports from the subject country, and has recommended continued imposition of the anti-dumping duty against the subject goods, originating in, or exported from, the subject country.
