....Industrial Unit and, therefore, they have been exempted from payment of excise duty under Notification No.13/92 CE dated 14.05.1992. As per the declaration filed at the relevant time, the manufacturing value of the goods was less than Rs. 30 lakhs. ....39; etc. Another finding of fact which was arrived at by the Tribunal is that the genuineness of the invoices, on the basis of which the demand of Rs. 19,64,020.25 of excise duty was raised, is doubtful.
