The Central Excise Zone, Ranchi w.e.f 15.10.2014 will have five Central Excise Commissionerates namely Patna, Ranchi-1, Bokaro (Ranchi-II), Dhanbad and Jamshedpur besides, Audit Commissionerate, Patna and Commissioner (Appeals) at Patna and Ranchi. 14 The jurisdiction of the respective Commissionerates, viz.
