....ng transparency and uniformity in the office working, a Check-list for submission of application in regard to Advance Authorisation has been formulated.  This check-list is as per Chapter 4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 (Paras 4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.1.6, 4.1.13 etc.), Chapter 4 of the Hand Book of Procedures 2009-12 (Vol. I) (Paras 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.3, 4.7.4, 4.8, 4.16, etc.), ANF-4A as given in Appendices to Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) and as per Standard Input Output Norms (SION) given in Handbook of Procedures Vol.II.  ITCHS classifications may also kindly be referred.
