.... duty for chapter 84 is 10% as explained above. Vide notification no. 12/2012, further exemption is granted to various items including chapter heading no. 8413 whose EFFECTIVE rate of duty is 6 %. As the chapter heading 8413 is also included in the said notification no. 12/2012, therefore it is simultaneously available for all sub heading of 8413 including chapter sub heading no. 84137010....

In short, the effective rate of duty for chapter sub heading no. 84137010 and 84138130 is 6% and u need not get confused with notification no. 04/2014 which prescribes tariff rate of duty as 10 %.
