CIT(A) also, the assessee failed to prove his claim with any cogent and convincing evidence. Therefore the ld. CIT(A) confirmed the said addition. 6. Even before us, the ld. The Revenue vide its grounds of appeal has agitated the action of the ld. CIT(A) in directing the AO to make reasonable disallowance of expenditure under section 14A in respect of investments made for earning tax free income. It may be observed that the assessment year in question is 2006-07. As per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court in the case of "Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Vs.
