....ESTED IN COMMISSIONER (VAT) Vide order No. F.6(7)/DVAT/L&J/2013-14/748 dated 12/11/13 all the powers under Section 60(4) of the Delhi DVAT Act, 2004 to permit the de-sealing of the premises sealed under clause (f) of sub section (2) of section 60 have been delegated to Spl.
