....he Respondent. ORDER Ld. Counsel says that rifampicin and formation of rifampicin shall get exemption on the basis of 11C Notification No. 44/90-C.E. (N.T.), dated 1-11-1990. Perusal of the adjudication order shows that there were 3 drugs manufactured by the appellant which are as under :- 1.     MONTOMYCIN - Rifampicin 2.     MONTEX FORTE - Rifampicin +....
