The CPIO provided 115 pages of information as received from P.A. to Registrar, vide letter dated 22-2-2012. The appellant vide letter dated 25-2-2012 asked for refund of Rs. 250/- on the grounds that the information had been provided to him long after the period of 30 days. The CPIO wrote to the appellant on 21-3-2012 allowing inspection of record on 27-3-2012, a copy of the letter was marked to Asstt.
