....records, it was found that they were showing the procurement of CR sheets from two registered dealers -M/s Bansal Structural Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad and M/s Rishav Trading Company, Ghaziabad during period from April 2004 to October 2004. During this period, on the basis of invoices issued by M/s Bansal Structural and M/s Rishav Trading, they took Cenvat credit of Rs. 1,53,695/-. However, on inquiry in respect of M/s Bansal Structural and M/s Rishav Trading, it was found that they were showing purchase of CR sheets from M/s Pasondia Steel Profiles Ltd. and on investigation in respect of M/s Pasondia, for which separate notice was issued to M/s Pasondia, it was found that this unit was procuring HR sheets from M/s Steel Authority of India Ltd.
