....rea of 708.13 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government has granted letter of approval for de notification of above area on 12th February, 2013; Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby de notifies an area of 708.13 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 1209.7122 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE FOR DENOTIFICATION Sl.
