.... to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Central Excise, dated the 17^th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 163(E), dated the 17^th March, 2012, namely:- In the said notification, - (A) in the Table, (i) against Sl. No. 337, in the entries under column (3), for the words "required for setting up of an ultra-mega power project", the words and figures "required for setting up of an ultra-mega power project specified in List 10," shall be substituted; (ii) against S.
