....992 {FT(D&R) Act,1992} as amended in  2010, read with Para 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to  'Appendix 3' to Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2009-14  with immediate effect. 2. Following para is added after the second para on first page of 'Appendix 3' to Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2009-14:          "Supply of SCOMET Items from DTA to SEZ No export permission is required for supply of SCOMET items from DTA to SEZ.  However, all supplies of SCOMET items from DTA to SEZ will be reported to the Development Commissioner of the r....
