Ltd. has proposed to include additional area of 9.1401 hectares at Village - Gwal Pahari, Tehsil - Sohna, District - Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana as a part of that Special Economic Zone; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the Act and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at the said villages on 27th February, 2009; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 9.1401 hectares at Village Gwal Pahari, Tebsil Sohna, District - Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, to be included as a part of t....
