Definitions.- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Agreement" means the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on the Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between the Republic of India and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) signed on the 13th day of August, 2009.
