....ber 23, 2009 G.S.R. 694(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 and sub-section (1) of section 94 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Taxation of Services (Provided from outside India and Received in India) Rules, 2006, namely :-....
