Dated 11-12-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 156 read with section 142 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Customs (Attachment of Property of Defaulters for Rcovery of Government Dues) Rules, 1995, hereinafter referred as the said rules namely :- (1) These rules may be called the Customs (A....
