In the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 2,- (i) sub-rule (na) shall be renumbered as sub-rule(naa); (ii) before sub-rule (naa) as so numbered, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- "(na) "large taxpayer" shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Central Excise Rules, 2002;". 3.
