....following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 50/2003-Central Excise, dated the 10th June, 2003, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 472(E), dated the 10th June, 2003, namely:- In the said notification,- (1) in the preamble, for the word and figure "Annexure-II", the words and figures "Annexure-II and Annexure-III" shall be substituted. (2) for paragraph 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "2. The exemption contained in this notification shall apply only to the following kinds of units, namely:- (a) new industrial units set up in areas mentioned in Annexure-II and Annexure-III, which have commenced....
